Documentation and Incoterms
This seminar covers the essentials of international
contracts, including bills of lading and sales contracts. Limits
of liability, risk and cost transfer points, payment terms, insurance,
and Customs considerations will be emphasized. Incoterms, the standardized
trade terms defined by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC),
will be explored in detail. The seminar is recommended for sales
and purchasing managers, importers and exporters, freight and logistics
managers, and global trade specialists. Attendees will receive
an interactive tutorial (CD) for future reference. Seminar presented
by licensed Customs Broker, Jack Kilmartin of Terra Nova Trade
Services.
